[proposed rule change] Adding Freebies and NDL Gains to Reward Camp Tracking File

Hey team - hopefully a simple one here.

Obviously where a player gets boosts is a critical piece of the game. Right now, we have an organized way to view historical reward camps, but camps are only a subset of how a player gets gains, especially with the change in NDL Season 21 to allow gains to be allocatable instead of automatically determined. Finding a player's other gains through NDL or freebies requires searching through the boards. I'd like to propose a rule change to store all player gains in one place.

The proposal is simple:

• Add a column to the Reward Camp file that designates Reward Camp, NDL Gain, or Freebie for each row.
• Moving forward, add: 1) NDL gains for each player each season as a separate row (every season), and 2) each freebie for each player as a separate row (every time Ashes offers a freebie). This should include potential gains - both from NDL and from freebies.
• To account for this extra work, increase the RC historian job to 800 RP (from 600 RP).

If this proposal passes, we can also offer a one-time RP bounty to someone to add the historical NDL gains and freebies.

It's a yes for me! Have been interested in how the decisions behind NDL players' gains impacts their playing style / trajectory.

This would be very helpful to look at when planning rewards (or trading for players). Would also potentially be for adding someone to handle the NDL and pick ems rather than putting it all on @bpankin

i don't think this needs to be a formal rule change - if pankin has the bandwidth to do it, definitely worth the extra RP.

Freebies are whenever Ashes gives freebies

@Jesse - how much RP for the expanded job moving forward? And how much RP for the historical data backfill of NDL gains and freebies?
