@ashes - is it possible to have this process pre-TC so the RP applies to last season's cap? Wanted to post it between FA day 4/5 and TC since it was dependent on a couple FA signings. If not no worries at all!!

TC was run, anything that happens dependent on FA 4/5 or leftover FA is applied to the subsequent year's RP cap.
