Captain America

Weaknesses: Limited range but not unsalvageable. Predictable offensive game at times. Principled almost to a fault.
Scout’s Take: A multi-decade defying franchise floor general who leads by example and competes on every possession. Cap is the heart and soul of any team, even if he’s not the flashiest.
Ratings: PG: B A- B+ A B+ C
Stipulation: Will pass the shield once he retires.
Falcon

Weaknesses: Needs to hit the weights, streaky shooter at times.
Scout’s Take: Falcon is the ultimate transition weapon — blink and he's dunking at the other end. He’ll thrive in a run-and-gun offense, but will struggle in balanced or inside offenses.
Ratings: SG: A- B C B C- B
Stipulation: Will take the shield when Cap retires.
Scarlet Witch

Strengths: Excellent shot creator at multiple levels. Offensive manipulator with good court awareness and offensive IQ.
Weaknesses: Defensive effort is lacking but not unsalvageable. Can be inefficient and get tunnel vision at time.
Scout’s Take: Wanda has magic in her game — she can take over stretches by herself. If she locks in defensively, she could be a top-five player in any league.
Ratings: SF: B- A- C C+ C- A

Bucky Barnes

Strengths: Strong, will block shots, will rebound. Soft touch around the basket.
Weaknesses: Handles desperately need work, seems to favor his left hand, struggles to guard quicker bigs.
Scout’s Take: Old-school enforcer butt that this league covets so much. Bucky’s gonna win you playoff games with toughness alone, but he’ll need to expand his offensive skillset to thrive long-term
Ratings: PF: C+ D+ C A- A- C
Stipulation: None
Ant Man

Strengths: High-energy big with the ability to protect the rim and grab rebounds.
Weaknesses: Not much offensive game to speak of. Focus is a bit of a question mark.
Scout’s Take: Wild card prospect with huge upside (literally). If you unleash his Giant-Man mode properly, he can completely change the geometry of the game
Ratings: PF: C- D+ D B+ A- B
Stipulation: Giant Mode!
Hawkeye

Strengths: Elite three point shooter.
Weaknesses: Offensive game inside the three point line needs work. Limited athleticism and strength.
Scout’s Take: Put him in any system and he’ll find a way to contribute. Hawkeye will always hit the shot you need — he’s your classic underrated playoff performer.
Ratings: PF: C- A+ C C C- C

Team Iron Man
Iron Man

Strengths: Elite floor general with selfless passing ability and packs a punch around the rim. Elite overall basketball IQ.
Weaknesses: His daughter. His ego. I love you 3000.
Scout’s Take: Tony is a savant with the ball in his hands — a system in himself. But you have to wonder if he can adjust when the game gets chaotic and unpredictable
Ratings: PG: B+ B+ B B C C
Stipulation: None
Spider Man

Weaknesses: Needs to hit the weights, could get bullied by bigger guards. Outside game is still raw.
Scout’s Take: Spider-Man is simply electric — a human highlight reel. If he develops a consistent jumper, he could be an All-league talent for the next decade....if he doesnt ask Dr. Strange to do some stupid shit for him.
Ratings: SG: A- B- C+ B+ C A
Stipulation: None
Black Panther

Strengths: Elite defensive ability. Exceptionally quick and strong and can guard multiple positions.
Weaknesses: Offensive game is raw but developing. Handles need work.
Scout’s Take: T'Challa plays winning basketball. His defense will get him on the floor right away, and his offense will come along with reps. Ultimate culture-changer
Ratings: SF: C+ B C A B A

War Machine

Weaknesses: Will struggle guarding stretch forwards.
Scout’s Take: Solid role player you can trust in the trenches. He won’t put up flashy stats, but he’ll do the dirty work every good team needs

Vision

Weaknesses: Not the strongest big despite good rebounding ability.
Scout’s Take: Vision is the modern day dream center: protects the rim and hits threes. With some additional development he can be absolutely unstoppable
Ratings: C: B+ A- B- B B+ C

Black Widow

Weaknesses: Limited scoring upside, might have some matchup problems against bigger wings.
Scout’s Take: Nat is your classic ‘glue gal.’ She’ll guard the best opposing scorer and take pressure off stars — a GMs dream supersub.
