Joe's is what you get when you forgot to schedule ahead for NFL sunday and you have people coming over and need like 8 pies with an hour's notice. l'Industrie is the best ingredients for any pizza, best topping combos and best sauce. It's average crust I guess? But literally everything else about it is perfect, the crust is like a 10% consideration
